You're doing your best to lead a full life at work and at home.
It’s 2026, and we all know that keeping it all together across the various aspects of our lives is a tall order.
You deserve more ease, and this membership is designed to achieve exactly that.
The Joyfully Managed Life Society is a membership for busy professionals and leaders who want practical, expert-led support for both their work ops and their life ops — with Jess right there in their back pocket.
You're great at your job.
So why does it all still feel so hard?
This is exactly why I created The Joyfully Managed Life Society.
Imagine having Jess in your back pocket.
A membership for busy professionals and leaders — with and without kids — who want practical support for the work and life side of, well, everything.
Not a course you have to finish. Not a Facebook group full of noise. Not another tool to manage. Just monthly expert-led content, real accountability, and back-pocket support from Jess — delivered in a way that actually fits your life.
Here’s what I mean:
On-demand answers, from me, to your personal questions about work and home. Ask away; I’m here to help.
Resources (micro-trainings, printables, templates, and tools) every month to support you in both work and home.
Regular Get-It-Done weeks where you get gentle accountability, chances for prizes, and support to implement something you’re working on!
You’re responsible for decisions at work and home.
You’ve got a lot of things competing for your attention - emails, Slack pings, text messages, app notifications, needs from your colleagues and your family.
You know this feeling: you're capable, accomplished, and genuinely on top of things at work (at least much of the time). But somewhere between the team meetings and the grocery list and the mental load of figuring out dinner, something always falls through the cracks. That workday might spill into your personal time because you’re not getting to everything.
It probably feels like your brain can never really turn off, and your to-do list grows faster than you can manage it.
You have more to-dos than time.
You've already tried:
The productivity apps that sounded great and got abandoned
The advice that works for someone who clearly doesn't have your actual life
The 'just hire help' suggestions from people who don't know your budget or your standards
The Googling, the podcasting, the 'I'll figure this out eventually' energy
And the truth is — you don't need more information. You need someone who actually knows this stuff, whose answer is already waiting for you.
What if your to-do list actually got done?
Not 'eventually get around to it' done — actually, systematically, satisfyingly done. You ask for exactly what you need from Jess, the resources and tools land in your inbox, you show up for our occasional Get It Done Weeks, and you walk out the other side having actually implemented something.
What if you had expert answers to your actual questions?
Not generic blog advice. Not someone else's situation. Your question — about your team, your boss, your home, your specific situation — answered by someone who's thought deeply about how work and life can actually work together.
What if managing your life felt less like a second job?
Whether you've got kids or not, a demanding role, a packed schedule, or simply too many decisions to make before 9 am — you deserve support that actually fits. Practical tools, ready-to-use resources, and a monthly rhythm that helps you make progress on both your work ops and your life ops.
Hi, I’m Jess.
Can I be honest with you?
I've spent years thinking deeply about how work and home actually fit together — not in a 'perfect morning routine' way, but in a real, this-is-a-Wednesday-and-everything's-happening-at-once kind of way.
I believe that simple and done is better than perfect and polished. And I believe that most of the people trying to manage their work ops and their life ops deserve better support than what's out there — which is usually either advice that doesn't apply to them, or so much information that they end up more overwhelmed than when they started.
That's why I built The Joyfully Managed Life Society to be different. Expert-led. Practical. Sustainable. And built around what those in the membership need right now and ask me to build.
I’m a mom of 2, have spent decades in professional leadership roles (including ones with very tricky external dynamics and multi-million dollar fundraising needs), and I’m the kind of person who my friends go to for all the questions about home systems and what to do when work is overwhelming.
What’s included in your Society membership:
A carefully curated set of supports, designed for right-in-time support for your work and home life.
Every month, a focused resource drops right into the membership. A template, a training, a ready-to-use system — something you can actually open and implement, not just save to a folder and forget.
One focused, immediately-implementable resource, template, or micro-training per month (think: team feedback, summer planning, decision-making frameworks, meal planning systems)
Done-for-you wherever possible — templates, swipe files, checklists
Covers both work ops and life ops, so it's always relevant
This is the back pocket support you've been missing. Send Jess your question — about work systems, home management, leadership, life ops, all of it — and get a real, thoughtful answer back within the week, along with relevant resources.
Ask via voice or text — whatever's easier
Jess answers you directly, not a generic FAQ
Q&As shared (anonymously if you prefer) so that every member benefits
Good intentions don't get things done — a structure that actually holds you does. As they say, "implementation beats knowledge every day and twice on Sunday". This is where we put into use what we're learning together. Once a month, the Society comes together for Get It Done Week: a focused implementation period where you show up, do the work, and check in with accountability.
Structured around the topics that the members need right now
Async-friendly — you don't need to be live at a specific time
Designed for the people who said, 'I need support and accountability (and prizes, tbh) otherwise I might just never get to it’

Founding-Member Bonus 1: join by Monday, April 13th and you will get access to an exclusive founders-only workshop only available to Founding Members: On Tuesday, April 14th, I’ll be pulling back the curtain on the Weekend Reset system I’ve been building in my own home for months now. Join live or watch the replay; this exclusive workshop is only for Society Founding Members.

Frequently Asked Questions

Think about what you currently pay for apps, subscriptions, or courses you never finish. This is $27 for expert answers to your actual questions, a ready-to-use resource every month, and a structure that actually helps you implement. If you use even one thing you learn — whether it saves you time, reduces stress, or makes a decision easier — it's paid for itself.
-
I know how that goes. I’ve joined things before that sat unused in a digital shelf. So I have built this to avoid that situation.
Everything is async-friendly — there are no required live calls. Ask me a question anytime, by either typing it or just talking to me with your voice. The Monthly Drop is designed to be used quickly. Get It Done Week gives you a structure to actually implement, even in small windows of time. You don't have to show up for everything; you just have to show up when it matters to you.
-
Absolutely. The Society is designed for busy professionals and leaders regardless of family situation. 'Life ops' covers everything outside of work that takes up mental and logistical bandwidth — and that's true whether you have kids or not. A significant portion of the founding audience has told us they don't have kids and are still very much in the target group.

It’s built in a super-simple website called Membervault, where you’ll be able to easily find everything in one simple place, and the links I send you in email with new resources will generally log you in automatically, so it’s as easy as possible.
-
Canceling is easy - you can do it right from the Membervault website or drop us an email and we’ll do it for you. No questions asked! You’ll continue to have access to all of the membership benefits for the remainder of your billing cycle, but will not be charged any new payments.
